Cowboy Country Event Rentals LLC provides rentals for all types of events, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting and dance floor. From the backyard BBQ, graduation parties, family reunions, to weddings large and small and more, Cowboy Country Event Rentals LLC is here to serve your event needs. We look forward to working with you to make your event a day to remember!
A 50% (of total item rental cost) deposit is required at the time of the reservation to secure items with the remaining balance due 10 daysprior to the event; deposits will be applied toward the balance due. FULL BALANCE IS DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT. If the rental is cancelled by client, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Rentals are for a 24-hour period of time; additional charges will apply for extended rentals. Client is responsible for any additional charges if items require extra cleaning or replacement.
Delivery and pickup times will be arranged by Cowboy Country Event Rentals LLC in cooperation with the client. The event site shall be prepared in advance with adequate space for rental items. Tent sites should: be on a level surface, be clear of debris (including tall grass), not over water, clear of vehicles or other obstructions, and underground utility lines clearly marked. Additional handling fees will be charged for site set-up inconveniences.
All tents are required to be set-up by Cowboy Country Event Rentals LLC, a set-up/down cost will be quoted; tent rental delivery fees will include delivery of all rented items. For rentals not including a tent, rental items can be either picked up by client or delivered to event site for a nominal fee.
